19:00 – 21:00 Run Session (Technique and Recovery) followed by Strength and Conditioning session at Ruthin Leisure Centre

Tuesday

20:00 -21:30 Masters Swim Session at Ruthin Leisure Centre

Wednesday

18:00 – 19:00 Run Session for all abilities (hill reps or threshold session), check on timings and meeting points via Facebook page

Thursday

09:00 – 11:30 Bike Session leaves from Ruthin, check on timings and meeting points via Facebook page

Friday
20:00 – 21:00 Adult Swim – All abilities welcome at Ruthin Leisure Centre

Saturday

09:00 – 09:45 Saturday morning ‘Turbo’ open to all abilities including juniors at Ruthin Leisure Centre

10:00 – 10:45 Core ‘Strength and Conditioning’ at Ruthin Leisure Centre

Sunday
9:00 – 12:00 Group Bike Session or Group Long Run
